Portishead's Local Carpenter and Joiner Specialists

Portishead's coastal setting, expanding neighbourhoods and strong connection between home and garden make additional, well-designed space especially useful. JB Custom Carpentry Ltd works with homeowners and commercial customers on planned, large projects, with garden rooms at the centre of its offering.

Why We Work in Portishead

Portishead includes modern developments, established houses and properties close to the marina and waterfront. A bespoke garden room can create a dedicated office, leisure area or flexible room, while joinery and media walls bring the same considered approach indoors.

Properties in Portishead

Work can be planned for newer detached homes, modern estates, established houses, commercial premises and properties with garden access. Garden rooms range from small to extra large, with related work including offices, sheds, timber cladding and built-in storage.

Common Problems in Portishead

Homeowners in Portishead often need separation between working, relaxing and family life without sacrificing garden space. Planned solutions can include garden offices, media walls, fitted storage, loft conversions, decking, garden structures and timber frames.

“Jordan is very good at what he does. Kept us informed throughout the whole process and helped us with decisions even if it meant more work for himself. He sets himself a high standard which he 100% delivers to. I would recommend Jordan to anyone and everyone!”

“I’ve used jordan at JB Carpentry on a number of occasions over the last 3 years and the quality of his workmanship is second to none. Whether it was hanging new internal doors, laying solid wood flooring or building a bespoke wooden bath panel, everything was done with a level of skill and precision that I’ve not encountered previously with any other carpenter. He always ensures the site is left clean and tidy and is really warm and friendly which takes away the stress which can sometime occur when someone is working in your home. Simply put I wouldn’t go anywhere else for carpentry work.”
